Strobing is all about enhancing your features by only using a highlighter. When doing this technique you want to only focus on where the natural light hits your face and apply a highlighter there to amplify it. This new trend is anti-contouring. Below shows the difference between the two trends:

Kylie-Jenner

This new trend is so quick and easy to do. It’s perfect in the summer time if you want to fake that goddess glow or if your in a rush. Here how to achieve this look.

strobingFresh Face: When you are doing this look you need to remember that is more of a natural look. You aren’t going to be using matte powders etc. Instead you are going to do the opposite. You want to have more of a dewy and luminous glow to your face. Grab your moisturizer and pick your favorite dewy foundation and start applying like your normally would.

Highlight: This is the most important step. When applying your highlighter you want to remember that you are only highlighting places that the light would naturally hit your face. Dab your highlighter on the on the apples of your cheeks, the bridge of your nose and the cupids bow to highlight the main areas of your face. You want to then go in and start applying the highlighter on your brow bone, inner conners of your eyes and the center of your chin.

*** If you want to leave the look like this that is fine, if you want it to appear even more natural go ahead and grab a beauty blender with no extra foundation on it and start gently dabbing over the areas that you highlighted. Make sure you are doing this step carefully. ****
